Acer today made official another AMD fusion based device, the Aspire One 522 netbook which packs 10.1-inch CrystalBrite (1280 x 800) LED backlit display and 1.0 GHz AMD C-50 APU.
The new Aspire One 522 integrates DirectX 11 compatible AMD Radeon HD 6250 graphics and has UVD3 accelerated video decoding support. Connectivity options include LAN, Wi-Fi and optional 3G or Bluetooth. There are also built-in Acer Crystal Eye webcam and digital microphone, a multi-gesture touchpad, build in speaker and a HDMI port to easily connect to HDTV or video-projectors at a larger resolution.
Aspire One is available in two colour options Diamond Black and green and its battery is rated at just six hours of life.
