MSI presented the latest additions to its G Series of gaming notebooks at Computex 2011, packed with everything that gamers need, а powerful processors and video cards, along with Dynaudio and THX TruStudio Pro smart wrap around sound and full HD, high resolution screens.
Both gaming machines, 15.6-inch GT683 and17.3 inch GT780 are equipped with Intel’s second generation Core i7 quad core processors with Turbo Boost 2.0 and Quick Sync Video, up to 16GB of DDR3 memory, RAID 0 accelerated dual hard disk/ssd architecture and the fresh, new DirectX 11-capable nVidia GeForce GTX 560M with 1.5GB of GDDR5 VRAM discrete graphics cards, backed by MSI’s Turbo Drive Engine technology. Their Full HD (1920 x 1080) display are paired with Cinema Pro technology for “crisper pictures and richer colors,” Dynaudio and THX TruStudio Pro smart wrap around sound systems and the GT780 model also comes with a SteelSeries gaming keyboard, featuring five backlighting modes, relocated Windows keys, larger Ctrl and Alt kkeys and allowing you to execute 10 commands simultaneously.
Of course, these gaming machines also come with mandatory for any current laptop connectivity options like Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, USB 3.0 ports, a HDMI outputs, along with multi card readers, HD webcams and 9-cell batteries.
