One of the leaders in satellite navigation Garmin today introduced a new budget oriented cycling GPS from its Edge series – the Edge 200.
The GPS-enabled cycling computer weighs only 2 ounces and packs a high-sensitivity GPS receiver with HotFix satellite prediction to calculate your position faster and several convenient functions which will allow you to set alerts for distance, time or calories, can tracks location and calories burned, and stores up to 130 hours of ride data. It has 128 x 160 pixels display, USB interface for easy charging and data transfer, and is equipped with rechargeable lithium-ion that enables up to 14 hours of operation.
The Edge 200 is set to go on sale in the third quarter of 2011 for $149.99.
