Panasonic today introduces the successor of their FZ100 model, the Lumix DMC-FZ150 which is based on 12.1-megapixel MOS sensor backed by Venus Engine, and is equipped with a 25mm ultra wide-angle LEICA DC VARIO-ELMARIT lens, along with 24x Optical Zoom available for shooting both stills and videos.
The new FZ150 can record 1920 x 1080 60p Full-HD AVCHD (MPEG-4 / H.264) format videos and also to take still images while recording video simultaneously (3.5-megapixel). The camera has a 3-inch rotatable LCD screen, offers up to ISO 3200 sensitivity, POWER O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer),12 fps burst mode, stereo zoom microphone with a Wind Cut function, built-in flash, and also incorporates two new features -advanced Nano Surface Coating technology which helps minimize light reflection that causes ghost and flare , and 3D Photo Mode.
The FZ150 camera also comes with plenty of function s and modes like, Intelligent Scene Selector, motion Deblur Mode, Nightshot Mode, Expressive, Retro, High Key, Sepia, High Dynamic, Miniature Effect, Film Grain and Pin Hole.
The Panasonic LUMIX FZ150 will be available in black priced at $499.99, starting in late-September.
