Verizon Wireless and Motorola finally announced the availability of the delayed Droid Bionic smartphone, which will be the first Verizon Wireless phone to combine 4G LTE with the power of dual-core 1 GHz processors.
Motorola Droid Bionic measures 127.5 x 66.9 x 10.99 mm and has 4.3 inch qHD (960×540) display covered by scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass with dual-layer anti-reflective coating. . The phone is powered by Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, has 1 GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory+ 16 GB microSD card pre-installed, GPS, Wi-Fi with hotspot capabilities, HDMI out an 8-megapixel autofocus camera with flash and 1080p HD video capture, plus another front-facing camera for video chats.
The phone supports wireless charging, 1080p HD video playback, wireless printing, HTML 5 and comes loaded ZumoCast that lets customers access their videos, music, pictures and documents stored on their computers via remote access.
Motorola Droid Bionic is available now for $299.99 with a new two-year customer agreement.
