Elitegroup Computer Systems has officially announced that its products are the first in the world to feature support for the latest AMD Memory Profile (AMP) technology. Currently there’s only one ECS AMD motherboard to boast the feature – the A85F2-A Deluxe model but other motherboards from the same manufacturer will follow.
The ECS A85F2-A Deluxe motherboard is a Socket FM2 system board that offers support for AMD Trinity APUs and sports PCI-E 2.0 technology, DDR3 memory support as well as SATA 3.0 for the latest in hard drive speed.
The addition of AMD Memory Profile to this motherboard will now allow PC enthusiasts, overclockers and hardware fans to go beyond traditional design and tweak the performance settings of any DDR3 memory beyond JEDEC (Joint Electron Devices Engineering Council) memory standards while maintaining stability for the best memory performance possible.
AMP features a wide range of enhancements and reliability settings and perfect performance, which are certified DDR3 Plug & Play memory modules. The latest AMD Memory Profile (AMP) provides a new experience to users in order to unleash the maximum memory performance.
The ECS A85F2-A Deluxe motherboard should be available on the market now.
