ASUS has presented the first Republic of Gamers (ROG) brand input device – a new gaming mouse that goes by the name of Eagle Eye GX1000.
The mouse comes with an aluminum-plastic chassis and has a braided weave cable, side buttons on its left side only (or pseudo-ambidextrous design), a total of six action buttons, a scroll wheel and on-the fly sensitivity control buttons.
The ASUS ROG Eagle Eye GX1000 gaming mouse supports USB 2.0 and features a laser sensor with sensitivity between 50-8200 DPI and LED lighting for the scroll wheel, the sensitivity adjustment felt-touch surface and the rear side. In addition the mouse has a weight compartment with adjustable weight units of 5 g. Weight-free the mouse weighs 150 grams and measures 128.5 x 65.5 x 43.5 mm. The package also includes a ROG-branded mouse pad.
The ASUS ROG Eagle Eye GX1000 is expected to cost at least USD 100.
