Online sources have started leaking information on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note III phablet. The device is expected on September 4 this year and will be available in no less than two different models.
The Galaxy Note III is expected to be unveiled at IFA 2013 in Berlin, Germany where it will be available in two models – the SM-N900 and SM-N9005. There’s another rumored model known as SM-N9002 that will be the same as the SM-N900. There are no significant differences between the models except that the SM-N900 will not support LTE and will be the official international Galaxy Note III model, while the SM-N9002 model will be for China only. The SM-N9005 will most likely support LTE.
All versions of the Galaxy Note III will feature the same 5.68-inch AMOLED display at Full HD resolution. The SM-N900 model is likely to get an octa-core Exynos 5420 processor at 1.8 GHz with ARM Mali-T628 MP6 graphics, while the SM-N9005 will sport a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chip with an Adreno 330 GPU. The rest of the specs include 3 GB of RAM, 16 GB/32 GB/64 GB of internal memory, 13 MP rear camera, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and a 3200 mAh battery.
