The Taiwanese ASUS has unveiled its new Zenbook UX301 sensor ultrabook. The device has a 13.3-inch sensor display at WQHD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels) and includes the latest Intel Core i5 and Core i7 Haswell processors.
The ultrabook also has 802.11n Wi-Fi, an ASUS SonicMaster audio system, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection for the display and a metallic chassis that is just 15.5 mm thick. The rest of the hardware will likely include 4-8 GB of RAM, up to 512 GB of solid-state storage, Intel HD 5100 graphics or an external video card. The model will also run Windows 8.
There’s no word on the pricing or the availability date of the Zenbook UX301, just yet.
