Lenovo has updated its Yoga transformer ultrabook family with a new 11.6-inch hybrid device that is known as IdeaPad Yoga 2.
The new device is based on a 360-degree IPS display that works at 1366 x 768 pixel resolution and offers 178-degree viewing angles and a soft-touch chassis that is available in silver-gray and orange colors.
The hardware inside is based on the Intel Bay Trail-M platform and includes an Intel Pentium N3520 or Celeron N2920 processor, Intel HD graphics, 4 GB DDR3L memory, a 500 GB hard drive at 5400 rpm, one USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0 ports, 3.5-mm audio jacks, a microHDMI port and a 2-in-1 card reader. The integrated front web camera supports video recording at 720p, Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11n Wi-Fi, while the battery used can power the device for up to 6 hours. The device runs Windows 8.1 as well.
The Lenovo IdeaPad Yoga 2 starts at USD 519.
