GAMDIAS, a popular Taiwanese maker of gaming peripherals, has released two new gaming keyboards that belong to the company’s Ares line. The models in question are the fully featured Ares/GKB6010 and the more budget-oriented Ares Essential/GKB6000.
Both models share a lot of specs and come with an elegant design, backlit keys, programmable buttons in the WASD area, gaming macros and special channels that accommodate the cables of peripheral devices, situated around the keyboard. The new gaming keyboards also use 2-meter braided cables that finish with gold-plated connectors to connect to your gaming computer.
The Ares/GKB6010 is the more capable model and it comes with 320 KB of internal memory, an enhanced 4-layer chassis structure, additional macro keys, various gaming modes, special grooves at the bottom, a special place where your wrist can rest and more. The Ares Essential/GKB6000 comes only with four colors to choose among for the backlit keys and extra space around the F5-F10 keys so that gamers will not press the wrong key when gaming.
Both new keyboards will be on the market by the end of summer 2014. Pricing is unknown as of now.
