The maker of various gaming peripheral devices Logitech has presented a new gaming mouse that comes with a rather long brand name – G303 Daedalus Apex Performance Edition. The new mouse comes with tons of features thanks to extensive feedback from the gaming community.
“The community sent us a clear message that they wanted the lightweight, symmetrical design of our G302 combined with the amazing sensor in our G502,” said Ujesh Desai, vice president and general manager of the Logitech gaming business. “We took this feedback and built a mouse that was tuned and tested by pros to help ensure improved accuracy, comfort and performance. Thanks to you and this feedback, we’ve built an amazing product.”
The Logitech G303 Daedalus Apex Performance Edition gaming mouse bets on a very high quality optical sensor that Logitech calls its best. The sensor is based on Logitech’s own Delta Zero optical sensor technology and minimizes speed-related accuracy variance, commonly known as “mouse acceleration”. The mouse also offers a huge DPI range from 200 to 12 000 with zero smoothing and tracks movement at 300 inches per second.
The mouse design is next in the list – the G303 Daedalus Apex Performance Edition comes in a chassis that is lightweight, compact and very durable. The mouse has a metal spring tensioning system that reduces pre-travel and the left and right click buttons can sustain 20 million clicks before dying. The mouse also has full-color RGB lighting that projects light right onto your mouse pad and the colors can be customized thanks to the inclusion of a 16.7 million color palette. Furthermore you can bring your mouse to life with “breathing” light patterns, or set your lighting to sleep when you aren’t using your system.
The new Logitech G303 Daedalus Apex Performance Edition gaming mouse will be commercially available this month across the United States and Europe. The mouse will sell for USD 69.99.
