When you look at the title of DeadWalk: The Last War, you will instantly know that this is a game for people who love war strategies and action. Well, we can tell you that this is exactly what you will get when you download and install this free Android game!
DeadWalk: The Last War takes you to the not so distant future but things do not look good then – Earth is overrun by zombies and there are few survivors who try to put up a fight. You will get to command a human base from which you will have to fight and ultimately defeat the zombies, which have infested the world. Before going into battle, however, you will have to develop your base first, build buildings, recruit soldiers, and more. So prepare for some serious micromanagement before the real action takes place. You will have to manage people and resources that consist of food, water, metal, fuel and money and you will spend most of your time upgrading buildings, managing resources and more. Quite honestly this will become boring after some time and this is one of the drawbacks of this game.
Speaking of downsides we have to tell you that DeadWalk: The Last War is a large game at around 100 MB but there’s more – once you download and install this game it will download additional information off the Internet so the actual installation process will take some time. In addition the game is full of so many options, icons, ads and additional activities to do, chances are you will find yourself lost after a few minutes playing. In a few words the game offers too so much content that at one point in time the whole idea behind DeadWalk: The Last War is lost. In addition it requires a constant connection to the Internet so you will have to waste energy for a Wi-Fi connection while you are playing too.
Despite these shortcomings DeadWalk: The Last War features beautiful 3D graphics and nice sound that complements the game’s atmosphere. The graphics show you your base and the world around you in a really nice way while the in-game sound makes you feel the anguish and the hardships all survivors have to go through. So this is a nicely done job here.
All in all DeadWalk: The Last War is a game that is okay at best. It will appeal to people who like strategies and micromanagement the most but if you want action right away then DeadWalk: The Last War is not for you – action simply comes after a long time playing and by this time you will have become bored anyway. In addition add the too detailed screen, the numerous buttons and icons to use, the time spent overseeing this and that and all this feels like too much for a game that is supposed to bring you fun. You have been warned!
