Gigabyte has enhanced its product portfolio with one more gamer-oriented product – the new GA-Z170X Gaming 3 motherboard. As the name of the board suggests the GA-Z170X Gaming 3 comes with the Intel Z170 chipset and supports Intel Skylake processors.
The new GA-Z170X Gaming 3 motherboard follows the ATX form factor and offers a 7-phase power supply system, four memory slots for up to DDR4-3400 memory (up to 64 GB), two PCI-E 3.0 x16 slots (x16/- or x8/x8 configurations) with support for SLI and CrossFire, one PCI-Express 3.0 x4 slot and three PCI-E 3.0 x1 slots. The motherboard also has six Serial ATA 3.0 ports, three SATA Express ports and two M.2 ports. In the back the GA-Z170X Gaming 3 will offer you two USB 3.1 ports, eight USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports, AMP-UP sound, Killer E2200 networking, DVI/HDMI/D-Sub/VGA ports and dual BIOS. The board also supports TurboOverclock+ technology for auto overclocking and stability testing.
The GA-Z170X Gaming 3 is available now for around USD 190.
