The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphone will undoubtedly be one of the hottest tech devices of year 2016 so no wonder there’s so much hype and attention towards the device. While we do not know the exact tech specs, we do know that the Galaxy S7 will have two versions – one with a Samsung Exynos SoC inside and another with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chip.
It turns out now that there will be a third version of the same smartphone too. The devices will share most of the tech specs but they will differ in one crucial component – the processor inside. According to online sources the Galaxy S7 version, which will be sold in the USA and in China will have a Snapdragon 820 processor, while the version for Japan, Europe and South Korea will be based on an Exynos 8899 processor. The final version will be sold in India and it will have an Exynos 7422 chip – the same processor that is expected to be featured in the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The main perk of this version is that it will be cheaper than the other two and that’s why it will debut in India.
