HTC has finally announced the eagerly expected Desire 830 smartphone. The device was expected about a week ago but we finally got it today.
The Desire 830 features a 5.5-inch display that works at Full HD resolution and a MediaTek Helio X10 processor. The device also has 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal memory and a microSD card slot that allows users to expand the installed internal memory. In the back the handset has a 13 MP camera with optical stabilization and an aperture of f/2.0. Up front the Desire 830 has a 4 MP shooter. The device also has two BoomSound speakers and a 2800 mAh battery. All this hardware is located in a chassis that measures 157.5 x 78.9 x 7.79 mm. Unfortunately there’s no information on the weight of the new smartphone.
The Desire 830 will be in stores on May 6. The smartphone will sell for USD 310.
