Demon Hunter is a game that you will seldom find on Google Play. The app belongs to the adventure genre and offers addictive gameplay, a sense of danger and mystery and great graphics.
We found Demon Hunter by chance. It is not the latest game to hit Google Play but at the same time it is not the most visible so we decided to drop a line on this gem. The game looks and feels like other mystery games such as Phantasmagoria but then adds much improved graphics and better sound. As with every other such game Demon Hunter has a story and it involves a red-eyed woman who is the main protagonist and her guardian who happens to be a professor. Well, the professor gets killed in a mysterious way and it is up to you to find out why and how he died and why you have red eyes.
The gameplay of Demon Hunter is not straightforward. It is divided in scenes where you can explore the environment, interact with people, find objects of interest that you can later use and more. Speaking of this the graphics is 2D only but it is very beautiful. The sound in the game is also great and adds to the mystery that you will experience. All in all, a great job!
Demon Hunter has several downsides, however. First the game is large and at several hundred megabytes it will take some time to download and install. Then you will have to carefully look for items that you can use, remember places and words and more. This activity can be annoying and it is likely that you will get stuck sooner or later so do not get mad. Fortunately you have a hint button that can help here and there and a map that will show you where you are. Even then you can still get stuck so keep calm and keep on playing.
Demon Hunter is a great game and we can say this with confidence. It has great graphics, a great story, a sense of mystery and more. The most important part is that the game brings something new to the table and does that in a really beautiful way.
Demon Hunter is here on Google Play.
