A new free-to-play first person shooter is right around the corner and in case you are interested you can now join the beta version for free given you register on the game’s web site.
The game is known as “Born to Fire” and unfortunately for some is PC exclusive. Offering class-based MMO action the game puts the player amidst a total war between the USA and Russia. The player can choose from five different character classes with each of them wielding a unique arsenal and tactics. The FPS also offers three game modes – deathmatch, bomb defusal and siege – all on 12 different maps.
Surprisingly enough the “Born to Fire” shooter has very low system requirements which should make the game appealing to people who don’t have the latest in computer hardware. To play the game you must be running Windows XP, Vista or 7 and have a PC with a Pentium 4 processor at 2.6 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, 2 GB of hard drive space and GeForce FX 5200 or Radeon 7200 graphics card. Internet connection is also required.
