Corsair adds a new 16GB model to its Flash Padlock 2 line of secure USB flash drives. The Flash Padlock 2 uses two security technologies for data protection – a user-definable personal identification number – PIN, which you must enter to unlock the drive and access the data, by using the drive’s integrated numeric keypad, the second security technology used is 256-bit AES encryption of the contents of the drive.
The USB drive is compatible with Windows PCs, Macs, Linux and even gaming consoles. The 16GB Flash Padlock 2 is available now from Corsair’s authorized distributors and resellers worldwide.
