Freecom launches an ultra thin mobile hard drive designed specifically for the Mac market. The drive comes in lightweight magnesium enclosure which is just 10mm thick and is available available in capacities up to 750GB with USB 3.0 and USB 3.0&FireWire800 versions.
The Freecom Mobile Drive Mg is USB powered and comes Mac HFS+ formatted for immediate use. It is backed by two year warranty and unlimited helpdesk support, and is only available through Apple Premium Resellers in a range of three different models – USB 3.0 slimline -1cm thin 320GB for 79,00 EUR, a USB 3.0 750GB version which is 1.5cm thick (119,00 EUR), and 750GB capacity model with USB 3.0 & FireWire800 interfaces 1.5cm thickness for 129,00 EUR
