Dell rolls out the 21.5-inch UltraSharp U2211H and 23-inch U2311H LCD monitors with in-plane switching technology (IPS). Both display are ENERGY STAR 5.0 and TCO 5.0. certified and are available for $279(U2211H) and $USD 299 for the U2311H. They will be available in Europe from May 19th.
The two displays have a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 10,000:1 (dynamic) contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 (U2211H) 300 cd/m2(U2311H) and 8ms (gray to gray) response time.They also features height adjustable screen that can tilt and swivel and can also easily pivot to the landscape or portrait orientations, allowing users to view long documents without scrolling excessively. For connectivity options there are : DisplayPort, DVI-D (with HDCP), 4X USB 2.0 and VGA connectors.
