Eizo today announced the 27-inch FlexScan SX2762W professional monitor suitable for graphic design, CAD/CAM, DTP, and digital photography.
The FlexScan SX2762W boasts 10-bit display IPS LCD panel with a native resolution of 2560 x 1440, 178° viewing angles, brightness of 270 cd/m², contrast ratio of 850:1 and 6 ms gray-to-gray response time. It is capable to reproduces 97% wide color gamut of the Adobe RGB color space and offers several features for more accurate color display, such as 3D look-up table that improves the panel’s additive color mixture (combination of red, green, and blue) for more accurate color and grayscale tones, Digital Uniformity Equalizer (DUE) – compensates for fluctuations in brightness and chroma uniformity that are characteristic of LCD panels and integrated sensor which counteracts the influence that changes in ambient temperature have on the display of color tones.
The FlexScan SX2762W is equipped with eight preset modes for different situations and applications, like Paper, Text, Picture, Movie, sRGB and three user customizable modes, as well several of its “EcoView” functions for optimal power usage and improved visual ergonomics. It is the first model in the FlexScan series with a new cabinet design and the new FlexStand 2 which offers curved neck and solid round base while still offering versatile positioning with 151.5 mm height adjustment, 25° tilt, 344° swivel, and 90° rotation for portrait mode viewing.
Connectivity include DVI-D, DisplayPort, Mini DisplayPort and USB 2.0 hub with one upstream and two downstream ports. It will start into mass production in February, but date of availability and pricing will vary by country.
