LG Electronics has unveiled two new high-end monitors, featuring ultra-slim, elegant design, combined with Full HD panels.
The 23-inch E91 model features acryl finish, 7.2 mm thick and has super-slim bezel, measuring just 4.35mm. The monitor has 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution panel with 170/160 viewing angles, brightness of 250nits, a dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000,000:1 and 2ms (GTG) response time, it also has a hanger-type hinge, allowing fast and easy monitor adjustment.
The other one D237IPS model comes IPS panel backed byLG’s Film Pattern Retarder (FPR) 3D display technology for realistic 3D images with wider viewing angles. It also offers Full HD (1920×1080) resolution with 170/160 viewing angles in 2D and 130/120 in 3D, brightness of 250 nits in 2D mode and 100 nits in 3D mode and a dynamic contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1. The monitor also boasts 2D to 3D conversion function, panel rotation and has D-Sub and DVI inputs.
Both new monitors will be officially presented at IFA 2011 in Berlin, Germany, but LG didn’t reveal any info about their prices.
