Acer has been quietly working on two new Aspire V5 and Aspire V7 notebook lines with both of them expected by the end of the month.
The new Aspire V5 series will include three models with 11.6-inch (1366 x 768 pixels), 14-inch and 15.6-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) displays. Certain Aspire V5 models will come with sensor displays too or LED keyboards. As to processors users can choose between quad-core chips by Intel or dual-core processors by AMD. Graphics will be provided by either NVIDIA GeForce GT 700M chips or by the AMD Radeon HD 8750 graphics solution.
The Aspire V7 line will offer two models only with 14-inch and 15.6-inch displays. The V7 line will use Intel processors and will offer Intel Wireless Display and a choice between a hard drive and a SSD.
The Aspire V5 and V7 lines start at USD 500.
