After saturating the market with powerful Ivy Bridge-based processors Integrated Electronics Corporation has finally released the first budget-oriented Celeron processors based on the popular 22 nm Ivy Bridge core.
The Celeron list consists of three desktop models and four mobile processors. The desktop CPUs are as follows: Celeron G1610 (dual-core, 2.6 GHz clock speed, Intel HD graphics, 2 MB L3 cache, TDP of 55 watts, USD 42), Celeron G1610T (dual-core, 2.3 GHz clock speed, Intel HD graphics, 2 MB L3 cache, TDP of 35 watts, USD 42) and Celeron G1620 (dual-core, 2.7 GHz clock speed, Intel HD graphics, 2 MB L3 cache, TDP of 55 watts, USD 52).
The mobile Celeron Ivy Bridge chips are represented by Celeron 1000M (dual-core, 1.8 GHz clock speed, Intel HD graphics, 2 MB L3 cache, TDP of 35 watts, USD 86), Celeron 1020M (dual-core, 2.1 GHz clock speed, Intel HD graphics, 2 MB L3 cache, TDP of 35 watts, USD 86), Celeron 1007U (dual-core, 1.5 GHz clock speed, Intel HD graphics, 2 MB L3 cache, TDP of 17 watts, USD 86), Celeron 1037U (dual-core, 1.8 GHz clock speed, Intel HD graphics, 2 MB L3 cache, TDP of 17 watts, USD 86).
Along with the new Celeron chips Intel has announced four new Pentium processors on the Ivy Bridge core – the Pentium G2010 (dual-core, 2.8 GHz clock speed, Intel HD graphics, 3 MB L3 cache, TDP of 55 watts, USD 64), Pentium G2020 (dual-core, 2.9 GHz clock speed, Intel HD graphics, 3 MB L3 cache, TDP of 55 watts, USD 64), Pentium G2020T (dual-core, 2.5 GHz clock speed, Intel HD graphics, 3 MB L3 cache, TDP of 35 watts, USD 64) and Pentium G2120 (dual-core, 3.2 GHz clock speed, Intel HD graphics, 3 MB L3 cache, TDP of 55 watts, USD 86).
The new chips are available now.
