The Russian company iRU has unveiled a new notebook series that will sell under the Patriot 513 product name.
As of now it seems the new notebooks will be available in Russia only but later they may hit the market in other countries as well.
Costing 12 000 Russian rubles (approximately 409 USD) the notebooks offer a 32 nm Intel Atom N2800 dual-core processor at 1.86 GHz, 2 GB of RAM, a 500 GB hard drive and a 15.6-inch display with 1366 x 768 pixel resolution.
The Patriot 513 series also features Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, an optical drive, a card reader, a web camera and a six-cell battery for a total weight of 2 kilograms.
The new notebooks also work under Windows 7 Starter or Linux Ubuntu.
