Summer is right around the corner and school breaks will soon be here. If you want to have your child occupied this summer, then you may want to take a look at MSI’s latest gaming notebook – the GS70 Stealth Pro.
The MSI GS70 Stealth Pro is definitely a gaming notebook and this fact is even hinted by the 17.3-inch TN display that works at Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels). The rest of the hardware is also impressive – gamers will get an Intel Core i7-4700HQ Haswell processor at 2.4 GHz (3.4 GHz with Turbo Boost) and the latest graphics thanks to an installed GeForce GTX 870M graphics card with 3 GB of GDDR5 memory. The notebook supports up to 16 GB of RAM and has a 1 TB hard drive and up to three SSDs. The machine also has a card reader, HDMI and Mini DisplayPort, four USB 3.0 ports, three 3.5-mm audio jacks and more. The MSI GS70 Stealth Pro also makes use of the NVIDIA Battery Boost technology that prolongs battery life when gaming, Dynaudio technology for the integrated 7.1-channeled sound, Cooler Boost 2 for a cooler notebook chassis and a LED keyboard.
The MSI GS70 Stealth Pro measures 418.5 x 287 x 21.8 mm for total weight of 2.66 kilograms and comes with a 6-cell battery that can power the device for up to four hours and runs Windows 8.1 64-bit out of the box. Users also get a 2-year warranty.
The new notebook starts at USD 1999 and up.
