The US maker of high-end gaming PCs Digital Storm has announced the market launch of the new AVENTUM 3 gaming desktop. This high-end gaming PC was unveiled during CES 2015 but even now it is one of the most powerful gaming computers money can buy.
“AVENTUM 3 encompasses everything about the Digital Storm brand and demonstrates our commitment to building the best PCs in the world,” said Harjit Chana, Chief Operating Officer. “This system is our declaration that a PC does not have to be just the sum of its parts. We designed the AVENTUM 3 from the ground up with a focus on unmatched accessibility and modularity that can’t be found anywhere else.”
The AVENTUM 3 differs from other high-end gaming desktops by offering a number of innovative features that you cannot see every day. The computer comes with an advanced, pre-installed liquid cooling system that increases the computer power of the AVENTUM 3, takes noise down almost to zero and makes sure the hardware inside is as cool as possible thus increasing its service life. The cooling system also greatly simplifies servicing and upgrading – for the first time hardware enthusiasts can easily access fixed inlet and outlet ports located on the motherboard and quickly disconnect liquid cooled hardware without having to tear down the entire cooling system. This is made possible by AVENTUM 3’s unique, pre-routed liquid distribution system that does all the heavy lifting and requires zero modifications when new liquid-cooled graphics hardware is installed. This cooling system is completed with a custom proprietary water block designed by Digital Storm engineers and produced by EKWB. In addition the AVENTUM 3 sports a new power delivery system that eliminates the need to rewire every time a new graphics card gets installed thanks to the usage of custom-engineered Digital Storm exclusive plug-and-play power connectors. They make it easy to add or remove power-hungry graphics cards while still maintaining clean cable management. The new gaming desktop has an innovative air-cooling system as well – it offers strategically placed radiators and a special exhaust chamber technology. The excess heat that is generated by liquid cooled components is trapped in an isolated chamber and then vented out of the chassis, which further safeguards the computer’s hardware components. Finally the AVENTUM 3 has a stunning exterior that matches the advanced hardware inside. The full-size tower is crafted from steel and made in the U.S.A. with perforated panelling for maximum heat dissipation. The subtle lighting and clear sides showcase the system’s powerful interior and clean aesthetic.
As you can expect the AVENTUM 3 has the latest and greatest PC hardware. The most basic configuration includes an Intel Core i7-6700K Skylake processor, 16 GB of DDR4-2667 memory, a GeForce GTX 980 Ti video card, 2 TB of HDD storage and 1 TB of SSD storage and an 850W PSU. This configuration costs USD 4930 but you can customize it with even more powerful hardware that includes Haswell-E processors and GeForce GTX Titan X graphics cards in SLI mode.
