Not everyone has a ton of money to spend on a tablet and Acer knows this fact really well. This is the reason why the Taiwanese tech company now works on a new budget-oriented tablet that will be known as Iconia B1-730 HD. The new product will replace the current Iconia B1-720 device and will bring a few improvements here and there.
The Iconia B1-730 HD will likely have a 7-inch IPS display at 1280 x 800 pixels and a dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor at 1.6 GHz instead of the 1.3 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT8111 processor used in the older Iconia B1-720. The tablet will also have 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal flash memory, a microSD card slot, Wi-Fi and a built-in camera. The device will measure 198.1 x 119.3 x 10.16 mm and will weigh 320 grams.
In Europe the Acer Iconia B1-730 HD will sell for around EUR 140.
