The Chinese tablet maker Ainol has come up with the Novo 10 Captain – a new company tablet flagship based on powerful hardware but with low cost.
Inside the Novo 10 Captain is based on the quad-core Actions Semiconductor ATM7029 processor, which runs at 1.5 GHz and offers the Mali 400 GPU. The 10-inch IPS display works at Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and there’s also 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB or 16 GB of storage, a microSD card slot for cards with capacities of up to 32 GB, rear 2 MP camera, 0.3 MP front camera, GPS receiver, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI and a super powerful battery with 10 000 mAh of capacity.
Running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean the Ainol Novo 10 Captain will sell for USD 213 (for 8 GB of storage) and USD 260 (for the version with 16 GB of storage).
