Jetway has demonstrated a new company tablet at CeBIT 2012 in Germany. The new 9.7-inch tablet will be known as ALFAR900 and measures 244 x 198 x 10.5 mm for a total weight of around 600 grams.
The new ALFAR900 tablet runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and boasts a multitouch WVGA display with 1024 x 768 pixel resolution and 4:3 aspect ratio.
On the inside the tablet features a 1 GHz ViMicro VC0882 (Cortex A8) processor, 512 MB of DDR3 RAM, 8 GB or 16 GB of on-board storage, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, 3G (optional), GPS (optional), a 0.3-megapixel front camera and a battery with a capacity of 2700 mAh. The novelty also features support for 1080p.
