Nokia will release two new budget-oriented phones next quarter. The Nokia 108 and Nokia 108 Dual SIM will provide basic functionality only but will not cost much at all and this will be their selling point.
Both devices share most of the specs – they measure 110 x 47 x 13.5 mm and weigh just 70 grams. Available in black, white, yellow, red and blue the phones come with 1.8-inch TFT color displays, a rear 0.3 MP camera, Bluetooth 3.0, audio connectors, a microSD card slot (up to 32 GB), a built-in FM radio, Nokia Slam technology, and a 950 mAh battery that can power the phones for up to 31 days in stand-by mode. As expected from the name the Nokia 108 Dual SIM supports 2 SIM cards.
Once released the phones will run Series 30 software. As to pricing they are expected to cost around USD 30.
