HTC has been working on a new smartphone – the HTC Zeta – which will come with new and improved specs in comparison with older models.
The device sports a quad-core 2.5 GHz Snapdragon APQ8064 CPU, 1 GB of RAM, a 4.5-inch 720p HD display; 32 GB of internal storage space, an 8-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and 1080p video capture, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, Bluetooth 4.0, Beats Audio, and a 1,830mAh battery. The device could also support LTE networks where they exist. Pretty good, isn’t it?
The HTC Zeta will be running on Google’s brand new Ice Cream Sandwich with Sense UI on top version of Android, also known as Android 4.0. Dimensions are 109,8 x 60,9 x 9,8 mm, and weight comes to 146 grams.
It is not known when the smartphone will be released or how much it will cost although it is very likely that the device will be announced at Mobile World Congress in February 2012.
