The high-end Lenovo Vibe X3 smartphone, which we discussed about six months ago, is closer than ever to market, if we judge by results, achieved in the popular GFXbench benchmarking software.
The new smartphone will have a thin metallic chassis that will be just 4.1 mm thick and a very elegant design. The device will have a six-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor at 2.7 GHz and Adreno 418 graphics that allows working with 4K content. Apart from this the smartphone will also have a 4.9-inch sensor display at Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, one rear 20.7 MP camera with dual LED flash and 4K video recording, a 7 MP front camera, a high-end Hi-Fi audio system with two front speakers, support for LTE, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, a GPS receiver and a number of sensors. There’s a fingerprint reader too.
The Vibe X3 will run Android 5.0 Lollipop under the Vibe user’s interface. There’s no information on how much the Lenovo Vibe X3 will cost.
