The Korean smartphone maker LG has presented two new budget-oriented smartphones that target developing countries. The devices are called L Fino and L Bello and are based on the flagship LG G3, which is good news.
The LG L Fino measures 127.5 x 67.9 x 11.9 mm and sports a quad-core processor that runs at 1.2 GHz. The device has a 4.5-inch sensor IPS display that works at WVGA resolution (800 x 480 pixels, 207 ppi), 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, one rear 8 MP camera and one front 0.3 MP camera and a 1900 mAh battery. The smartphone will be offered in five colors – white, red, green, gold and black. The device supports the GSM and HSPA+ standards.
The LG L Bello measures 138.2 x 70.6 x 10.7 mm and hides a quad-core chip that runs at 1.2 GHz. The device has a large 5-inch IPS display that works at FWVGA resolution (854 x 480 pixels, 196 ppi) and sports 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal memory, one rear 8 MP camera and one front 1 MP camera and a 2540 mAh battery. The device supports the GSM and HSPA+ standards.
Both smartphones will be running Android 4.4.2 and will be demonstrated at the upcoming IFA 2014 exhibition in Berlin, Germany.
