In a week time from now LG will release a new smartphone called G Flex 2. The main feature of the phone will be its curved chassis that will be accompanied by premium hardware and features. The G Flex 2 will measure 149.1 x 75.3 x 9.4 mm (7.1 at its thinnest point) and will weight 152 grams.
The G Flex 2 will house a 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor with eight cores supporting the big.LITTLE architecture (four Cortex-A57 cores at 2 GHz for demanding tasks and four Cortex-A53 cores at 1.5 GHz for simpler tasks) and will have Adreno 430 graphics, a 5.5-inch P-OLED display at Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), 2 GB of DDR4 memory, 16 GB or 32 GB of internal memory (depending on the model), a microSD card slot, a rear 13 MP camera with OIS+ technology, dual LED flash, a 2.1 MP front camera, NFC, LTE, 802.11n Wi-Fi, a GPS receiver and more. The smartphone will be powered by a 3000 mAh battery that can get 50 per cent full when charging in just 40 minutes.
The G Flex 2 will run Android 5.0 Lollipop under an LG user interface. The price of the G Flex 2 is unclear as of now.
